It depends. No, it doesn't really depend on the breed, though. Some breeds of dogs are trained to keep their temper, but...it, honestly, depends on your dog's behavior. Some dogs go crazy and some don't. Mine don't really mind me blowing in their face, but they don't like it. They either run away or turn their face and their eyes close.

my sheltie finds it annoying, but she hates it more if you blow in her ears.as far as going crazy mine doesn't she does bite at the air like she is going to catch it though its kinda funny to watch.
No, but if you blow in a baby's face it takes their breath away, which will drive the mother crazy.

Mine just trys to smell your breath.if I try it twice she just gives me a dirty look and walks away.
Some dogs might go crazy, some dont care, some find it pleasant, others might get agitated. Try your luck with the dog of your neighbour :P
i think it depends on the dog.i have a purebred and he hates it.
