if it helps, i would like the shiba inu to be a female, orange and white/black and white coloured pup.
Answers:
Maybe you should bring your expectations down a bit. Chances are it'll be very difficult to find a shiba inu that is a female, orange, white, black, and still a pup. Why don't you think about adopting a puppy from an animal shelter instead? Thousands of dogs die each yeah in shelters, because there aren't enough people to adopt them. I'd look into it.
You can save a life.
surely not?
every town has its chav girls
search at google
YOU CAN FIND A BOOK A PET STORES IS CALLED DORG WORLD AND IT HAS A LIST O BREDER IN USA, GOOD LUCK
puppyfind.com type in name of Dog then Country and maybe there you will find .Good Luck!!
Since your name is "Animal Lover", I have to ask, have you actually considered whether or not your dog would like to be shipped? Shipping is very stressful on a dog.
You seem more concerned about breed and color than the well being of your animal.
Just my thoughts.
I got my dog through the link below. They are brilliant!
Sometimes you might have to travel a bit to get a dog that might not be very common in your area, or if you want to do business with a particular breeder who doesn't live nearby.
You probably won't find a breeder in your area, but if you are prepared to travel around the Uk there are a couple of breeders advertising puppies on the UKkc website.

Forgive me because my information is related to American sources but start with the National recognized kennel association.American Kennel Club, (Westminster and Sussex) are the most popular. Through there yuu can get the local kennel club names. When a dog is registerd with papers they are listed in the AKC and so is the breeder. Also try the phone book under Kennel Associations. Every state has a kennel associaton because those competitions feed into the national ones. From the state Kennel association you can also get the name of the registered member breeders. i recommend this way of getting in touch with a REPUTABLE breeder and not someone who is just breeding for the fun of it. Also don't limit yourself to just your area. If you find a breeder outside of your area be sure and get photos and videos of mother and father and pups, along with refferrals from adopted parents.
Hope this helps. Good luck
Many dogs don't have homes, and have to be euthanized due to the fact there are not enough homes. I'd suggest going through a rescue to find what you'd like. It may take a bit longer, but a reputable rescue will work with you. The dogs in rescue are often of the same pedigree as a breeder, but someone simply tired of them, or wasn't aware as to what they were getting into.
If you are set on a breeder, try going to official websites to get the names of responsible pet breeders who screen for health problems so your baby would be guaranteed to be healthy. You can find this by going to the Shiba Inu site, contacting someone, and they can give you directions.
Best of luck!

Don't breed or buy while dogs in shelters die!!
Try the national club -www.shibas.org .. The national clubs usually have a list of breeders around your area.
Good Luck !
go to kennel club website they have a map that will tell you where all breeders are
Try the Kennel Club Website - they list the breed associations and contact details. You could also try the classifieds in some of the 'doggie' magazines.
