Do female dogs show signs of menstating (or comming in ) after being fixed ?

Question:She is 15 months old and was fixed over 3 months ago - now she is showing (slight) signs of comming in - blood, odor ??

Answers:
If she was fixed in the usual way, that means her uterus was removed, so any bleeding you are seeing must be coming from somewhere else for a different reason. Consequently, I'd check with a vet.

menstruating?
no her ovaries and womb was removed so now there is only a bling ended tunnel where her tract begins. she has either a urinary tract infection or a stump pyometra. i cant be sure without examining her so take her to the vets
You should not see any blood if she was fixed. An odor...maybe she has an infection?? I'd call your vet to be safe.
wow, i didn't know dogs get their periods
No, they do not. When an animal is spayed, this involves the complete removal of their reproductive organs. No uterus, no heat, no blood.

The blood concerns me, because of that. Get your dog to the vet ASAP.
