a lil unnerving. i think
Other Answers:
I think it is absolute deplorable. If Martin Creek Kennel In Arkansas, will not adhere to the Federal Law, they should be closed down and given a hefty fine. What some people will do for money! You can always judge a person by the way they treat animals and the mistreatment of them. I would also reprimand the Veterinary Schools that by them.
