If you are in the UK you need to get in touch with the dog training at Melton Mowbrary - this dept of the army trains all the sniffer and guard dogs for the military.
There is a small waiting list and dogs can "appear" at any time having been "failed" at any time.

go to the police station, they know where to get them..but it is very hard to get one,because of the training they have been threw..it is a big risk...good luck ..(they cost close to $1000. dollars..)
