Question:Today this morning I thought I'd treat my parakeet to some fancy breakfast. I made them some whole grain waffles,grapes,brocoli,eggs scrambled with cheese,toast,and I gave them some cranberrie juice.
(I didn't make this all for them t was for my little brother and I and I shared with them)

I have a quaker who I have given food to when I'm eating. -However, I limit the amount and what it is. (Nothing to fatty, etc. I stick to fruit, veggies, once in a while a little piece of plain popcorn) I'd look at a book about parakeets and talk to your vet about your birds diet.
my brother bird eats everything, bagels, steak, whatever you give him he'll eat.
no dairy.but my bird insists on eating what we are eating and will actually get on my husband's hand to eat his food. i mean the bird literally makes a squealing sound just to eat our food. we have a 3 month old cockatiel.
I used to give my birds Apple, egg (boiled), letuce
hehe, how cute. but he was probalby aware of thhe eggs(and creeped) you can feed the,m, i do with ll my pets
If it's not high in sugar or salt, doesn't contain caffeine, dairy or avocado, it should be fine.
