Does this type of lovebird really exist?

Question:http://www.24parrot.com/product_info.asp... Is the lovebird show on the picture real or is the colour computer graphiked.

Answers:
Yes, I have a female lovebird just like it :)

Its a peach-faced lovebird in a Dutch blue mutation. Its the same species as the normal lovebirds you see, but it has been bred to have blue feathers. If you want one, it will run you anywhere from $15 to $30 more than a normal green lovebird.

The other person mentioned masked blue lovebirds. I have one of those as well. It is a completely different species of lovebird (black masked), but blue masked birds are also mutations from the normal color.

I've seen a blue lovebird with a black mask. The bird on the site looks kinda blue on my screen. All screens tweak color differently, so what you see may not be the color I see.
