Which came first: the chicken or the egg?

Question:You can't say neither or both!

Answers:
In my opinion the chicken came first because if the chicken didn't come first than how did the egg get there?

but then again, how did the chicken get there without hatching from an egg >.<

man i wish there was a way we could find out the true answer so this long argued question can be put to rest!

The egg came first. Dinosaurs laid eggs and eventually dinosaurs evolved into the modern-day chicken. But eggs have been around much longer than chickens.
