check his id
Ask him.
take him to a vet who specializes in birds and/or exotic animals. they are good judges of that sort of thing.
It can be very difficult to guess the age on birds. If he has a band on his leg, that should have his hatch day on it.
Maybe a blood test from the vet? I don't know i'm getting a Cockatiel in 3 weeks! Maybe a birth certificate?
You just said in your last question that he is a one year old from the place you're getting him from. He should also have a band on his leg if it's an african gray.
