No bird species is allowed to be imported or exported from this country (AU). There are no exceptions either.
This has been teh law here for god knows how long.
Most countries will NOT allow birds into their country.
Unfortunately, you cannot take your parrot with you to Australia.
Google : department of agriculture of Australia, and read what the rules are about bringing pets, only cats and dogs can enter, they are in quarantine for 30 days when they land in Australia. That's hard, very much.

NO you cant. Birds simply hate plane rides and they will get stressed out and Australia is terribly far. Leave him with a responsible person.
