Question:I have 2 parakeets and i just found und out they were both male and i was wanting a male and female. Do you think it would hurt to add a female. Would the males fight over her? should I give away one of the males and get a females?

I think that giving 2 boys one female would cause issues. Get a big cage and try adding 2 girls or separate the boys and give them both a freind. (sometimes even if you introduce a bird of the opposite sex they won't get along. I've had male-males bond closer than some male-female pairs)
i wouldn't put all three of them in the same cage
well i was thinking buying a demale would be fine 4 both male and she could flirt wit them but i guess not cuz both male might fight over her and they might kill one another so yeah

If the two males get along, why replace one with a female? Birds can bond to each other regardless of gender/sex, they don’t always have to be opposite sexes. Adding a third bird could create hostility between any of the three of them.
