Question:Ive done all of the research, have everything ready, I have experience, & I just dont know which one to choose. Which one would you pick? & What is your favorite parrot species?

That all depends on how much you want to pay for the bird. The Goffin is far Cheaper in price then a Ducorps. But remember that Cockatoos can be spoiled very easy and once they become spoiled there is no going back and changing the behavior. Goffins can be a loud screamer so be prepared for that. And when you have them out of the cage you need to supervise them really good because they love to chew wood, cords, computer keyboard keys come up missing and many other things that you might care about may get destroyed.

Green-winged macaws is my favorite parrot.However if you don't like colorful ,bird you should get Ducorps Cockatoo.
Both are wonderful and playful but if you have allergys I wouldn't recommend one. They are very dusty birds. Also be prepared because they can be loud at times.A plus is they love to snuggle!
As long as you have the time necessary to spend with the bird...Either one is a great companion. I have an Umbrella and she is such a sweety with my son and pretty much tolerates the wife and I...
They can all be loud..and they all bite. so be warned.lol
