Question:Birrrrds constantly poop on my car. the car is parked on a one car driveway under a tree. Is there a humane way of asking the bird not to poop on my car?

No - birds live in trees, they fly through the air, and when they relieve themselves, it hits whatever is under them.
Either put your car in a garage or put a cover over it.
There is nothing you can do legally or humanely to chase them, especially at this time of year, when so may of them may be nesting and raising babies. Remember that native wild species are protected by law, and you can not harm them or even harass them.
Move your car from under the tree then your changes of getting pooped on are less.
