So how do republicans surface just about McCain's proposal to buy desperate mortgage near ADDITIONAL $300 bils?

do you agree with his proposal?
Answers:
Snicker - his idea should be borne by the mortgage underwriters and bank and not the taxpayers. Further, he seems to be nothing more than a outstandingly big spender, which I don't think we can afford right now.

Lastly, why didn't he try to draw from this into the bail-out bill when he had a chance?
It's an interesting concept. It benefits the bank the same path last weeks plan does in that it take the bad loans off of accounts at the bank.

If I understand it correctly, instead of the ridge selling these bad loans to the government at reduced price, the home owner could petition the establishment to by the loan from the bank, renegotiate the mortgage, and sell it put money on to another bank as a healthy mortgage.

Assuming that the unmarked deal is affordable for the home owner, it could help both sides.

The sound out I have is when you renegotiate, does the original edge, or the government take the loss? If the productive bank does, I am OK with it.
No, he didn't say it be included.........but it is. It is a part of the bill that passed and was signed into canon.

It requires the secretary to buy up troubled mortgages while taking into consideration “the need to help family keep their homes and to stabilize communities.” It also says “the Secretary shall consent, where on earth appropriate (to) loss mitigation measures, including term extensions, rate reductions (or) principal write downs."

I don't necessarily agree, but I wish the last bail out have been not directed to the companies who were responsible but instead directly go to fund the people who would have suffered due to the collapse of the companies. I deem that we should have let the corporations stir and directly helped the victims.
they similar to corporate socialism, they hate Jesus socialism.
I'm pretty sure he said beside part of the $700 billion that Congress just approved.

Edit: Yes he did. In reality, it is right there in the contact you provided, assuming you actually read the thing. It is also here:

Republicans support EVERYTHING Republicans influence and do. That's how Nazi's think. They wake up respectively morning and turning the Fox News or Nazi radio to find out how they're supposed to think that day. If the Nazi's report to them they're supposed to hate the govt helping poor people but support the govt helping one-time corporations then they'll fall within line. Not all Republicans are dumb but ALL dumb empire are Republican.

I thought he was losing it in a minute I know he's lost it.
