Mortgage did not approved me motivation bleak credit?

So my boyfriend n his sister will be on the mortgage,but its me n my boyfriend putting out the money for down payment n monthly mortgages.Everything is APPROVED now.I am verbs because my name is not on the mortgage,later they can go the house when ever they want to.Is there a way i can put my signature onto the house to prevent this from happening?how much is the cost to put my name down.Pls give a hand me friends!!

However, here is the problem: If your boyfriend's sister is on title, she owns 33% of the property and if you sell, you can't do it short her signature and if things go sour, she will be entitled to 33% of the proceeds.

I would encourage you to work on your credit and get hold of married before you enter into a transaction as nutty as this one.
