I dont think you will get Mortgages if you enjoy good credit then it is base on your income I would have thought 1 mortgage is enough .what you after a street?
First of all it depends on how "bad" your credit is. If you score is below 550, you will own more trouble getting approved, and if you the interest rates will be so high that you would be better off renting.
Your best likelihood is to try to get as much money down as possible. Most banks will approve anyone at virtuous rates if the can get 30% down. Getting 20% down is very honourable also, but your interest rate still could be very high.
