The way reputable mortgage companies are handling loans right presently, I would doubt it. If your credit score is at least 700, consequently perhaps you could get a mortgage from a lender online. However, due to the recent mortgage crisis, plentiful of the criteria that were used in yesteryear few years to qualify borrowers, has been thrown out the porthole. Lenders got burned when many fruitless credit people walked away from their homes and wound up contained by foreclosure.
There is a new FHA Express mortgage available now and you may qualify for that. 3% down and you can borrow up to 95% of the home's advantage.
Bad credit borrowers are very risky and the lender doesn't want to take a providence that you'll default and stick them with a house they cannot unload.
My direction? Wait a couple years, clean up your credit and stuff some money away. Even $50 a month stuffed into a savings vindication is better than nothing. If you have a larger down expenditure, lenders will think that you're less plausible to default if you have a flawless chunk of your own money to lose, and you'll qualify for a better interest rate. That saves you big money in the long run. Source(s): Real Estate Law 18 years
What country do you live surrounded by? What state/province in that country and what is a "ccj?" And how bad of credit?
Technically, near bad credit you can get a "mortgage", but the down wage would be ridiculously high. (eg this used car place claimed everyone would catch approved for a car loan; everyone DID get approved, but those beside bad credit would have to repay a "down payment" that was essentially the price of the car, minus a couple of bucks for the loan)
