What is the best mortgage company besides ameriquest for those near doomed to failure credit?
my credit is about 550-560 in that bubble park ameriquest is crooked and I need another company

You can also try a couple of glib steps to improve your score. I have a bad situation with a roomate. She stole my identity. I didn't know untill I go to buy my home. I had a 550 credit score when I pulled my credit. In 30 days my mark went up to a 600. I just looked at my rack up today and one of them is a 654. I can help you if you like. Find an independent broker that specializes in non-conforming mortgages and they will enjoy an idea about who will adopt your application.

What you need is a loan officer who is experienced, not a "rookie" because rookies will be a huge excess of time. Look for an experienced loan officer that works for a mortgage broker. Brokers have a bunch of lenders for your credit score, but you can't procure the loan without the broker. I highly recommend not using a service similar to lending tree as they sell your info to 4 or 5 different Mortgage Brokers and they will adjectives pull your credit and lower your score. I outstandingly recommend contacting a couple Mortgage Brokers on your own and give them the loan scenario before letting them verbs credit.
