Fiance getting a mortgage but ive get desperate credit rating relief?
my fiance getting a mortgage in his name will they still ask for my details and check my credit rating as i am going to be living nearby? or just his because the mortgage is in his term?

The point you have to consider is if it's only going within his name then you both may not get hold of much as you wanted as opposed to a common application.
