Getting pre approved for a mortgage loan near BAD credit?
Im trying to buy a house and I know which house I want. I tried to get pre approved and they told me that I needed to pay sour my bills first....(im using sony mae mortgage loaning) and I just want to know why or how I cant get the house short paying off my bills first. I know theres a way and I really want the house!

You have bad credit because any (1) you have too much debt, or (2) you have a history of not paying your bills on the dot.
In either case, why would you expect someone to loan you $150,000, knowing you be in that situation?

BAD credit? no mortgage loan. won't occur. creditors look hard (a) yer credit & want 2 know how much of a risk u r. if u have BAD credit they'll deny u a loan. mortgages r VERY long residence, & u MUST B VERY $$$ stable 2 afford it.a mortgage is the hardest loan 2 get
