Mortgage Renewal With Bad Credit?
I currently have a 5 year renewal on my mortgage, it comes up for renewal in a bit over 3 years...I just had two credit cards sent to collections, and am wondering if surrounded by 3 years this will make it difficult to get a mortgage. Considering file for bankruptcy, but unsure as to my best options.
