He knows how to do one article well: campaign. He is doing what he think will get votes for Democrats in the subsequent election.
They are dragging the intact thing out!! If they let the foreclusures develop then the people that currently rent and who can AFFORD to reward a mortgage would then come in and by the homes at a more resoanble cost. But NO they want to drag the forclosures out over years and years and merely make the situation worse!!

Obama is a moron who never have to meet a payroll and never ran a business. I am not sure who is worse, Obama or the relatives who voted for him thinking he couldn't be worse than Bush just because he is black.
I suppose there are two ways to approach this sort of problem:
1. Help the society who "need" help.
2. Help the people who "deserve" give support to.
There's an argument to be made for either approach. Can't have it both ways, though.
