Help near Mortgage Loans for citizens near Bad Credit.?

Is there any loan companies out there that are made for relatives with bad credit? Trying to purchase a home and can't find a company specifically willing to work with us. The loan isn't seriously and we have enough of a down transfer of funds. Any help would be appreciated. And please no comments about taking meticulousness of our debt we have now. We hold taken care of it and we do make satisfactory money.
