The Liberals DEMANDED that the Bank's grant home mortgages to those that could not afford to buy a home all in the entitle of "its everyone's right to own a home" liberal mentality.
When a Bank grants a home mortgage loan to someone who does not even have a work, something is very very wrong. This be done a lot.
A HUGE part of it and yet the citizens are not outraged that it is their levy dollars supporting illegals and their anchor babies. Maybe they are angry, but they aren't aggressive enough about it.

I am guessing it's because of the severance and deregulation of banks to loan money to people no concern how much they don't earn. Hud had been around a long time , since the 60's I assume.
